Weight loss 101

I did everything to get rid of these last 10 pounds but I have no luck. Finally getting out of FB is helping. I can use that time to clean house and take care of kids and workout. Let us see where it takes me . Plan to lose 10 lb before my Niece wedding. I need to fit on several clothes at the wedding.

Finally Teej fever is over... it was like a headache for me. Atlanta's Nepalese women had so much fun at our Atlanta Vedic temple party.
Fasting was torture but it is finished. I feel like sleeping now
